If your property is furnished, in great condition and has all the necessary amenities, we can start accepting guests within a couple weeks. Once we take photos and create a listing for your property, we publish and promote with aggressive pricing to get consecutive bookings and five-star reviews.

We work with professional cleaning and laundry contractors who deal with these. We pay our cleaners a living wage and collaborate with them closely on each reservation.
We make an initial inventory of items in the property and then our contractor makes note at every stage of the cleaning journey. All linens are professionally laundered, dried, and pressed—ready to be delivered to the property like a hotel.
